Best BTR Building Management (In-house / external)
The management of homes has a massive effect on the customer lived experience. This award will recognise excellence in the continuous management of the development.
The judges will be looking for organisations that have successfully met the below criteria. Please state whether you are entering for In-house management or external management.

- What is your strategy for involvement and relationship building with customers to enhance retention?
- How have you turned challenges into a positive outcome?
- How do you monitor, adapt and improve your service - strong maintenance and repair service?
- How do you demonstrate financial success?
Supporting materials: You may submit an additional three documents that you feel will enhance your entry (please make sure that any key information is included within the main awards submission). These documents will not be scored but can be used to evidence information supplied within the submission.
