Best BTR Marketing Campaign
Raising awareness of Build to Rent homes is key to changing the perception of renting. This award looks for marketing campaigns that tell the story and educates about what these quality homes provide for the consumer.
The judges will be looking for developments/organisations that have successfully met the below criteria.
Please answer in up to 1,000 words over a maximum of six A4 pages (images can be included and any image captions are not included in the word count).
- What specific challenges did you find and how have you overcome them?
- What considerations, research and adaptations have you made versus other tenure campaigns?
- What innovation and creativity has been included in the campaign?
- How have you used new technologies to capture interest?
- How do you evidence and measure success?
Supporting materials: You may submit an additional three documents that you feel will enhance your entry (please make sure that any key information is included within the main awards submission). These documents will not be scored but can be used to evidence information supplied within the submission.
