Best BTR Single Family Housing Development

The single-family housing market is growing at scale and this award will recognise the developer/organisation who has evolved with the sector to provide quality, secure, family homes in suburban locations.

The judges will be looking for developments/organisations that have successfully met the below criteria.

Please answer in up to 1,000 words over a maximum of six A4 pages (images can be included and any image captions are not included in the word count).

• How has the location, facilities, ESG impact been considered?
• How was the consumer considered in the design?
• How have you utilised technology to enhance the consumers lived experience?
• What is your strategic vision to provide a positive market impact?
• Have you developed any partnerships for the wellbeing of the consumer?

These documents will not be scored but can be used to evidence information supplied within the submission.
