Best Build to Rent Developer

The Build to Rent sector prides itself on being first-class in terms of customer experience and quality product. An integral element is the homes delivered. This category will showcase the developer who is totally aligned with the ethos of build to rent.

The judges will be looking for developments that have successfully met the below criteria.

Please answer in up to 1,000 words over a maximum of six A4 pages (images can be included and any image captions are not included in the word count).

• What key considerations have you taken into account when looking at design, location, amenities, financials, customer experience and management?
• How have you adapted to the challenges of the marketplace?
• What strategies have you implemented internally to ensure you are leading the way in Build to Rent development?
• What is your commitment to the ESG agenda?
• How have you monitored key indicators of success?
