The single-family housing market is growing at scale and this award will recognise the developer/organisation who has evolved with the sector to provide quality, secure, family homes in suburban locations.

The judges will be looking for developments/organisations which have successfully met the below criteria.

• How have you utilised technology to enhance the residents' lived experience?
• What is your strategic vision to provide a positive market impact?
• Have you developed any initiatives/partnerships for the wellbeing of the residents?
