Best Resident Technology (app)
Living in a home that is low maintenance and stress free is high on customers agenda. This award will recognise how technology has been developed to enhance the customers experience, keeping them engaged whilst allowing them to be in control with minimal effort.
The judges will be looking for organisations/developments which have successfully met the below criteria.

- How do you engage and communicate with your customers?
- How have you considered health and wellbeing can be assisted with this app?
- What initiatives/partnerships have been included for the benefit of the customer?
- How have you been innovative in community and resident engagement?
